Our annual membership fee is £20 per year, per household, this means that everyone living in your house become members of our Club. Renewal is due on 31st January each year. Membership is necessary to enter your dogs in our tests. This ensures we are all covered by our extensive Member to Member Insurance. The funds raised through membership ensure that we can continue to remain financially sustainable, as all monies raised go back into the club allowing us to maintain standards and continue in the future.
We provide water and land events at different venues allowing you to gain multi-passes in any discipline. Members can enter tests and awards at any of these events and access our information booklets, year books and seminars. We have created a Pocket Record Book so that you can record every test you pass in any discipline, at any event. It’s a bit like a passport that you get stamped when you enter a country – we have a shiny stamp too! Now you need never forget what you did and where you did it, making multi-pass applications much easier. Each Record Book will also be personalised for each of your dogs. These cost just £3.50 and when you order your first one, you will also receive a Certificate Book to keep your dogs’ certificates too.
We also produce a regular informative Newsletter and we occasionally undertake surveys of our members to ensure what we are doing is what you expect from this Club. We are always open to suggestions for improvement – at any time!
The Annual Membership fee of £20 is per household – this means that everyone living at that address becomes a member of the Club. Please ensure that you provide full details of everyone you wish to be included within your membership on your Registration Form. You must register your dogs separately but all dogs within one household are covered by one membership fee.
NOTE: Entry Fees for Events and Tests are not included in the Annual Membership fee – you must register each dog and complete & return the Entry Forms for each event with your submission entry fee at least 10 days prior to the event date. Entry Forms for all events are available to download from this site, complete with entry costs and submission deadline dates.
Joining the Club is easy as can now register or renew and pay online – or if you prefer you can download and print a registration form and post this to us with a cheque.
We also want you to register your dogs – this way, when you enter an event, you only need to give us the minimum information required – we will already have the rest!
